What to do with 80 acre forest land in Central Michigan

Hello all -

I currently have 80 acres of land just south of West Branch, MI. The land gets little use, and has sat essentially unused for 20 years. The only thing the land has been used for has been small timber and natural gas leases to offset taxes and some hunting by family members. Any suggestions for how to even begin the process for learning the value of this property? Does anyone have any connections that could support here?
