I have 20k in savings that is designated for real estate. I’m currently house hacking with my first ever purchase that I’ve lived in for 2 months now. I am just wondering what you guys would do with 20k+ in savings for real estate?

@Drew Lamb

If you’re rehabbing, use the money to repair your house then refi out into another house. If you’re looking to buy another house use your money as a downpayment. You live in Ohio, so chances are you can find a house for under 100k.
