Woman who was the sister of previous tenant whose name is not on any paperwork has decided to live in the house I acquired Thru taxes. Do I have to treat her like a tenant and evict or she’s just trespassing?

@Ahmad Moore I bought a house that was foreclosed through taxes as well, and the family of the owner was living there.  We had to file eviction.  The fast answer is call the cops and see what they do.  Tell them you have someone trespassing and want them removed.
