Thank you all for the replies - it seems like excel is the way to go, just didn't know if there was something free out there that worked out

Hi All,

I'm new to BP, but very excited to have this as a resource moving forward!

I am looking for the best option for financial accounting for my rental properties, but not willing to pay for a service like quickbooks, etc. at this time.

Does anyone know of a free service that has worked well for them in the past?  Or even an excel rubric that they've had success with?

Appreciate all suggestions!
