How to get a hold on wholesaling contracts?

I’m new to wholesaling, I found someone willing to sell me 5 properties he wants to get rid of, I don’t want to call back bc I am not even prepared! How to I get an assignment contract that I supposed to give to my buyer after I have it under contract?

@Maurice Bell Sounds like you stumbled upon a great lead very early on, Congratulations! But it also sounds like you're not really ready to perform just yet either. I've been an investor for some time but just started wholesaling myself, so I know how nerve wrecking it can be when you've got a great lead but you're not sure what to do. You can find lots of sample contracts on BP in the files section. But my recommendation would be to reach out to a successful wholesaler in your area with a good reputation and offer to share in the profits if they help you close the deals. If they help you thru the process, the knowledge you gain will be worth the profit you sacrifice. Good luck!
