A seller who is willing to owner finance a property. The purchase price is $94,000 1050sqft.

Seller wants $30,000 downpayment

Rehab is around $20,000-$25,000

-mostly cosmetic and updating.

-painting and flooring

-possible new roof

-HVAC

On the low end the ARV is $150,000.
