A seller who is willing to owner finance a property. The purchase price is $94,000 1050sqft.

Seller wants $30,000 downpayment

Rehab is around $20,000-$25,000

-mostly cosmetic and updating.

-painting and flooring

-possible new roof

-HVAC

On the low end the ARV is $150,000.

Is this worth investing?

Thank you for the information. I will look for the owner occupied box.

I do know about the county records that shows details about the owner and property history. Going through method for every property will take time to screen and not very time efficient.

I am looking for a way to generate a list of absentee owners through the MLS.

On Episode 58, the guest spoke about using the MLS to search for absentee owners. How do you run that search on the MLS? Most listing agents do not post the owners information on the listing.

I do have access to my local MLS.
