Structuring a deal to help my son buy first home
Hello
I am new to BP but have been reading much info here. I live in Massachusetts and in early 60’s close to retirement.
One of my boys in his mid twenties is looking to buy a home but RE is very high priced. I am wondering if I anyone here has structured a deal with their children
to help them get in the market but where I get paid back a few years later somehow maybe through a refinance or sale.
- I’m new here and trying to get up to speed with the great info on this site.
I appreciate any recommendations
Thanks
