I am interested in passive investment through a syndicator. I am new to this and have been reading and researching.

I have a meeting set up with Praxis Capital.

You and your brother are in he same age as my boys.

So with the FHA did you use your parents equity for the 3.5% downpayment?

And you saved the 4-5 months of payments?

I like this idea - Would you mind sharing approximate cost of the 4 unit property?

Here in Mass these can be up there in price.

Thank you Solomon for this information- I’ll think about it.

With the prices so darn high for people trying to buy first place - it’s crazy. I’m thinking it may make sense to buy something on the low end of prices that needs a little work. Maybe he gets a 1st time buyer loan or I help with DP -then we fix up- and later refinance.
