Attorny - Nashville, TN

Hi BP,

I am going into a deal with a partner. Since this is going to be my first deal with a partner, I want to do it right and get an attorney to look over the set up of the partnership.  Does anyone know of an attorney who is familiar with real estate?  I am looking for someone in the Nashville, Tennessee area, although I am not sure if having someone local is necessary.  If anyone wants to chime in on that, I would greatly appreciate it, too.
