Evaluating properties potential value
Hey bigger pockets! I’m a bit of a newbie to real estate. All I’ve really done is research a lot and pursue my real estate license. I was wondering how some of you look at a property for a potential flip or brrrr. As in how do you look and assess a properties current and potential value?
