I’m just starting out in real estate and am looking for a management company since I work full time and am also becoming an agent in the Des Moines area. So I’d like to not have to worry as much about maintenance, updates and especially marketing and filling my units. Made many calls so far and no luck on anyone who covers Marshall county

Wanting to set up and network with better infrastructure to grab some properties in the coming months. Ask for email or phone number if interested. Property management and licensed bonded contractors especially but all welcome!

@Tyler Rasmussen I am in central Iowa. Although I’ve been looking for investment properties in western and eastern Iowa as well so any names would be helpful!

Hey everyone! Just curious if there’s any property managers in the Iowa area that are looking for business!

Hey bigger pockets! I’m a bit of a newbie to real estate. All I’ve really done is research a lot and pursue my real estate license. I was wondering how some of you look at a property for a potential flip or brrrr. As in how do you look and assess a properties current and potential value?
