Rent out a six bed house by the room to college kids?
I live in a college town. Anything that’s a single bed single bath gets rented out immediately. I’m even renting out my extra bedroom in my house already to a college kid.
There is a very large house, around 4000 sq feet it’s listed as a 3 bed 2 bath with unfinished basement. I was thinking of turning it into a 6 or 7 bed house and renting out each room to college kids...
Any restrictions or laws or regulations in the state of Washington that would prohibit me from doing so?
