After relocating and leaving an area we had lived in for MANY years, and moving to southern California where the market is much better, we are finishing our first project here. A 2350 sq. ft. spec house that was sold before even closing on the short land escrow! Next, we want to possibly do another house or two, and start a commercial office project.
