Real Estate Attorneys for LLC in Texas

Hi everyone! Currently looking to start a partnership with some friends for real estate investing. Currently have one property that will not be included definitely. Two of the members are stationed overseas, I am located in Texas. We are looking to invest in Texas and Georgia.

We would like some advice on setting up an LLC, are there any attorney recommendations for Texas that are familiar and great with real estate investing we can work with? We will be using the LLC to purchase properties.

Also would it be best to have another LLC for Georgia or a branch under the LLC we establish?
