Steel siding costs for residential

Reading “the book on estimating rehab cost” by J Scott

@jscott I’m in the siding section of the book. There was no mention of metal siding for residential use. I’ve been noticing metal siding starting to be used in my area. Sharp look. Many variations of install. Contrasting with metal roof. I figure the longevity is there as well.  May not make the 20year “color tastes cycle”. Was there a reason this was left out? Would like to see the cost guidelines on this material if you have any.
