Using Blue Collar Union Money To Invest

What’s up all!

Not going to bore you all to death so I’ll make it short and sweet. I’ve had a pretty awesomely crazy life up to this point.. Born in Colombia, moved to like NYC then 93859384848 different cities after that, ended up in Toronto for 5 years, came back to SoFL, joined the military, and now I’m a veteran at a Local IBEW union hall in SD/LA area. There’s a good chunk of change to be made out here in the power line construction (unionized) trade. About a few hundred thousand a year actually (yes it’s California, mhm yep BUT take away taxes aaaaand it’s still a lot of money net income wise lol) My question is, do you guys have any BLUE COLLAR family members that invested intelligently in real estate and have passive income via property rentals? Are they still working their labor jobs? Is it absolutely achievable? Time is usually what hinders a lot of them, as some average 80 hour work weeks and whatnot. Just wondering if anyone knows of a guy or two that have used their union money as a blueprint for generational wealth. Peace to all and be safe.
