Looking for an real estate attorney that is experienced with "subject to" transactions as well as closings in FL and PA.

In Tampa, I would call John Redding at Redding & Associates, P.A. off of MacDill. I would send you his contact info, but they won't allow it on here. He handles real estate closings, foreclosure, and real estate related litigation. He's done great work for Castle Rock in the past.
