FHA Loan for investment

I hear FHA loans have to be owner-occupied, meaning I can not buy 3 houses with fha loan and rent them all out, is this true?

You can also only have one FHA loan. So if you buy a house FHA and live there for a year and then want to buy a new house to live in and rent out the old one, you can't get an FHA loan on the new purchase.
