Landlord Insurance in Cleveland Ohio

I am under contract for my first rental property in Ohio. It's a duplex. I am looking for recommendations for landlord insurance in the Cleveland area. How much coverage should I get? Also, I see most recommend an umbrella insurance policy as well, how much coverage should that be and what companies do you recommend for that?

Any tips or recommendations are much appreciated, thank you!

In Las Vegas allstate is competitive for landlord policies. You’ll need 300/300 base insurance for most umbrellas. But I’ve been told it’s going up to 500/500 next year. (Umbrella is through allstate agent but offered by USLI)

@Jessica Beard I use Farmers Ins; but there are lots out there. The idea is to protect your assets so get an amount in coverage that exceeds your assets.
