Insurance renewal, should I switch companies?

Hi guys, I just received my offer of renewal document from my insurance provider. The offer has my premium increasing by $300.

This is my first property and first time experiencing this. The increase seems high to me. I'm wondering what more experienced investors would do in this situation.
