Need title company for same day Back-to-Back in OH

Can anyone recommend a title company that will close a same day back-to-back deal in the Akron OH area? I have a client with 3 ready and 3 coming up and he needs a title company. Each deal is fully funded on the front end and not dependent upon back end profits. Please let me know who you would recommend.

Shari, there should be no problem so long as there is no title restriction on the properties. If the first transaction is fully funded independent of the next buyer there should be no problem. Have you called title companies to see?

They aren't short sales -- they are just flips so I don't expect any deed restrictions on them. I'm mainly looking for recommendations for investor-friendly closing agents/title companies for Akron who would also be willing to do same day back-to-back closings.

Clear Title Amercia, I never used them, buy suposedly they can close nationwide.
