Rental Income By Unit Size and Property Class

I read a good post here before of a general rule of thumb of rental income broken down by number of bedrooms and property class.  I can't see to find that post though.

It went something like this:

3/2 SFH:

Class A: Monthly Rent

Class B:

Class C:

Class D:

2/1 SFH

Class A:

Class B:

Class C:

Class D:

It would be great to reconstruct this from others experiences and possibly even come up with some rule of thumb data for Multifamily units.   Hopefully this was clear, but if not I could try to explain it in more detail.  Thanks

@Rick DiChristofaro - something like this could only be done market by market.  Is there a specific market you're looking for?
