Ok guys i need some help. Im having trouble getting approved for a 4 family investment property Im currently house hacking my first property in which me and my girlfriend signed for the property. Now this second home is a 4 family investment only property in which i have to put 25% down "which i have" im currently employed and been at the same job for 5 years. Now i cant seem to get approved in though the rental income will pay the mortgage and have a pretty nice cash flow after! The biggest problem im having is that when i filed for my taxes this year my tax advisor didnt put the rental income from first property so its showing im on the hook for the whole mortgage im currently out of nj passaic county i know its a huge story but if anybody has ideas or tips that can help me thru this sticky situation it will be greatly appreciated.
