How do I find areas with good schools?
I'm trying to find areas of town (in and around Houston) with good schools to invest in rental properties. Is there an official/ reliable website that ranks schools?
Just googling good schools seems to produce mixed results.
Also when finding an area to invest in do you look for good elementary schools, middle schools or high schools? Which is more important? Does it matter? My area of town for example has a great elementary but a terrible high school.

There are web sites that review schools by area.
