Hello everyone, I am a wholesaler and have been direct mailing for a long time.  I have always had a hard time with having to manually remove return mail and previous leads from the list and I kept wasting money on mailing to dead leads over and over.  This is not an ad but rather trying to help people out.  I finally found a program that will help with it through a local developer that I know.
