I read this article on CNN today:

Booming business of fear: Sales of safes soar

and couldn't help but think NOW is the time to buy...when fear seems to be peaking.

Agree? Disagree? Thoughts?

I am a contrarian investor... so for sure, this environment continues to be lucrative. And for those of us "bold enough" (not my words, but others who observe me and people like me) to "risk it all" in this market, the rewards seem to far out weigh the risk. Relative to technology or the general stock market, real estate moves slowly and is (IMO) not that unpredictable. And with good leverage and wider spreads, parts of this market are a no brainer.
