Question about Buying in Cash
Hello, I heard somewhere that you can negotiate a lower price on a house if you are paying cash.
Can someone please explain why that is and provide any tips for using that as a negotiation tool?
Thank you!

@Sue Croson you can negotiate a lower price, regardless of your method of purchase. The advantage of cash is that there is no financing stipulation, you can close much faster, and it is a more guaranteed sale.
