I took a vacation for a while so I know a lot of people don't know who I am. For those of you who are new(er) or are not aware of me, let me re-introduce myself.

I've lived in and worked in the Phoenix area(we call it the Valley) all my life! I've watched this city grow and feel confident in knowing the ins and outs of the Valley, including QC and Maricopa City.

Outside of the valley i.e. Prescott, Payson, Tucson etc... don't bother. I don't have a clue. I love Prescott, I want to live in Payson and I think Tucson is a dirty city

I am getting my license so in a few weeks/months I'll be able to represent anyone looking to buy and sell but in all reality, that's not why I participate on BP. I love talking about my town even if I don't personally make money from it.

If you want to know about different parts of town, specific zip codes, school districts, developing areas with shopping, housing etc... Whatever the case, feel free to start a thread and get my attention, send me a message or email me(can be found in my profile as well as below I believe).

I won't give you biased info. I won't tell you what I think you want to know, whether you should or should not do something. I'll just give you my true and honest opinion, knowledge and thoughts and you can take it from there.

Welcome to Phoenix :D
