How to organize - daily - weekly
I have almost 200 doors and also own a very successful construction company with my husband. We have around 40 to 50 employees in the construction field and then I manage and run the real estate with 4 to 5 employees and then subs. I just feel like every day my intentions are good but it's a cluster of what's going on (everyone else's says they can't believe how organized I am - but I am not... my office looks like World War III).
Any good tips on organization for vacancies, work for employees and doors, to do's etc....
