Hi All, I am new to Real Estate investing and would love to get some advice on what courses are available to help analyze deals, run numbers, etc. Are there any courses, books, or online training anyone recommends? Thanks! Brian

@Brian Mitchell There is a ton of great information on BP, including articles, blog posts, discussions, and deal analysis calculators. I would highly recommend utilizing the free information here before spending any money on a program.

There are other online resources like YouTube videos from channels like StrategicRealEstateCoach, Graham Stephan, and even Morris Invest (I know not everyone likes Clayton). I would also check out Joe Fairless and his Best Ever podcast and website. There are also great books like the Millionaire Real Estate Investor and many others.

Lastly, I know a few people that have gone through the FortuneBuilders program and have good experiences.

I hope this is helpful. Best of luck on the journey.
