Selling a flip without a traditional realtor

I am considering selling a flip using Listing Spark or a similar service.The reason behind this is to reduce expenses ( commission to realtor) Can anyone share their experience/ thoughts on this.TIA

Are you a realtor yourself?

You can also list the property as FSBO but you may not get top dollar if you're not using an agent or if you're not an agent yourself.
