Due diligence for cash purchase

If you are buying a preforeclosure for cash from a wholesaler and closing is to be done by a title company,what kind of due diligence are necessary. Is there anything in particular to watch out for?( never done a cash purchase before) Thanks for your input.

@Ayo O. A title company will be researching any liens on the property. You will not be responsible for those items, they will be taken out of the sales money (as long as it's high enough to satisfy all liens.) The title company takes care of all of the heavy paperwork and you get the Warranty Deed.
