Alafaya FL Population Shrink

Out of all the markets I am considering Alafaya, Florida is the only market that is shrinking. The 2010  census said Alafaya's population was 78,113  in July 2017 the estimated population was only 68,070. Does anybody, who is familiar with the area, know a possible reason for the population decrease?
