Hi BP Members,

In search of any real estate hotel industry experts willing to field some questions. I run an independent lodging property looking to discuss traditional and non traditional options.  I have been in touch with major hotel brands, I.e. Marriott, Hilton, Wyndham in the past. Thanks for stopping in.
