Hi all,
I'm building a REI LLC from the ground up. Just wondering what positions, if any, RE investors are hiring to help expand business. Job title & a brief description would be awesome!

Thanks All!
Mark

I'm sure every company is different, but for me and my rehab business, the only employee I decided I needed at the outset was a full-time project manager.

This person plays the role of GC (without the GC license and doesn't do any actual construction). Basically, someone to handle getting bids, the hiring of contractors, the day-to-day oversite of the projects, picking up materials, etc. He also handles the opening/closing of the properties for showings, dealing with inspections, dealing with alarms that go off in the middle of the night, etc.

My wife is our real estate agent and handles things like networking with REO agents, marketing properties, staging, contracts, etc. If we didn't have her, I'd probably have a part-time person on-staff to handle those aspects of the business as well.
