JUST BOUGHT 5k Postcards

Hey what’s up guys, Me and a partner deciding on starting a 6 month campaign to market to absentee Owners in our state. We’ve already ordered the postcards (5k) and we have a list count of (780). My question is what’s next as far as making this a successful campaign. I want to get the best results as possible. Should I hand deliver them or send it through USPS ? Should I send them all out at once? If anyone can help please feel free
