Hyper Focusing on Education

As a new real estate investor without any deals under my belt. I wanted to take some time and educate myself on real estate investing; specifically rental properties. My goal is to have a great cash flowing rental portfolio.

Should I only focus on learning about rental properties?

Or should I broaden my knowledge and take the time to learn other investment strategies? ie. Wholesaling, flipping, etc

Thanks

Mark

You know that box many people say you think outside of?  That's your knowledge base.  The bigger your box, the bigger your power. There is nothing more powerful than your box....and, the only thing in life with no limits on it is the size of your box.
