Real estate career synergy
My current job pays well as I️ work in a plant and do electrical/programming work. I️ bring home about 4000 after tax a month and have 14 days off a month. However the days I️ do work are physically draining and I️ often switch between night and day shifts, paired with a 45 minute one way commute this makes for an undesirable job.
So I️ was thinking about changing career paths to something more synergistic to a real estate investing future. Being as my bills are not terribly high probably around 2500 a month (but with little savings) Would it be wise for me to pursue a real estate career or maybe something along the lines of a carpenter or in the trade of fixing up houses? Curious for your thoughts, thank!
