Unfortunately, I think you're right @Thor Sveinbjoernsson we will begin to see a significant rise in foreclosures. However, I think this next wave will be delayed due to the fiscal measures that have been adopted to address the pandemic.

I'm more concerned about the multifamily space than SFR. Thanks for posting, it's a good reminder that we have an ever-narrowing window of time to prepare.

@Will Kern I know that’s so sad. I’m not yet an accredited investor, so I couldn’t invest with them. However, my Fundrise account has been doing well!

My wife and I love the Madison area, closer to the Toyota/Mazda Megasite.  The factory isn't set to open until 2021 but we're focusing on cashflow. Appreciation would be fantastic but we don't rely on it.  Check out the link below for info on the location of the site:

I like Huntsville, AL.  Compared to the other two, seems that property taxes are much lower and residential properties are more affordable.  Hope that helps!

Hello fellow BPers! We are looking into investing in SFR’s in the Southaven, MS area. Do you have any recommendations for property managers in the area? Thanks! Julian and Sharon

My wife and I work with Asset Property Management. They’ve been great so far. I’d recommend staying away from Renters Warehouse here in Denver. While 6 years ago they were decent, they’ve rapidly spiraled into the abyss under their current management team. Terrible communication for both owners and tenants.

I like holding cash reserves in Ally savings accounts. Currently, at 1.35% interest.
