Good Afternoon

I am looking for some help now the my rental profilio has grown to 8 buy and hold rentals. I currently have each property under its own policy and don't know if that is the most cost effective way of handling it or not. Also all of the properties are in my personal name ececpt for one which sits in my LLC because it is paid off.

Any info or suggestions that you may have will be helpful and very much appricated. Thanks in advance.
