Hello, I am looking for your recommendations on a program to use to track/analyze a current property's performance.

Hi @Ryan Miller! Is this a property that you own, and therefore one for which you have all the necessary underlying financial data? Or, are you trying to analyze a property for acquisition?

If it's one of yours, then your accounting system should provide the three main reports you'll need: cash flow statement, income statement, and balance sheet.

We use QuickBooks Online, and those reports come standard (along with many others). The key, though, is getting your accounting system set up properly from Day One to support your decisions. For that we needed the assistance of a skilled, real-estate-savvy bookkeeper! Best financial decision we ever made!
