Thank you @Ben Day.   Which accounting software would you recommend that is not super complicated or difficult to setup.  For info, I have managers running the day to day, and currently only have 8 doors.

Thank you to both.  Yes, these are for properties I already own, as well as for the analysis of potential future acquisitions.  I wonder if there is a software specifically designed for property rentals that you would recommend.
