What structure do you use to hold your properties

We have 5 properties and are getting ready to buy some more. If you have multiple properties what structure do you use to hold them? In other words do you have individual personal mortgages on each one, hold them all in one LLC, hold each one in a separate LLC, or some other strategy?

I use an LLC for the tax purposes being able to transfer through easily. If you go on you tube and look up Derosa group @Matt Faircloth has a great video on entities
