Does anyone have a strategy in using listsource to find your market areas by locating where your competition is and where homes are being bought by other investors? I would love to hear your strategies and how you filter your results.

Searching my county records for all cash buyers accomplishes the same thing, without paying for a list.  See if that is a possibility.  Title agents, in some areas, can pull lists for you as well.
