Good evening from Okinawa Japan! This is my first post on BiggerPockets so I hope I'm posting in the right forum... Anyway, I'm trying to find a reputable and trustworthy GC for a project in Richmond VA. The property is located in the neighborhood of Church Hill and is in need of rehab. I would like to find someone with experience rehabbing houses in this area with a good track record. Any info or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I find that most people say they want reputable and trustworthy, but generally balk at the price of what a reputable contractor costs.
