Making offers personally or with LLC
Good morning all! Just starting out in South Florida real estate investing and was curious on anyones thoughts/opinions on how they submit offers on properties.
I have an LLC created, but do listing agents cringe at an offer made in the name of the LLC? Is it better to get your foot in the door and make a personal offer using my name? I would appreciate any feedback, thanks!

We use our name in our communications and relations. We then provide the LLC info to the title company before closing. As managers we sign the paperwork and all is good.
We owned some property before setting up the LLC and it was easy to re-title the property to transfer into the LLC.
