Interviewing a realtor what is a good question list?

I am going to be interviewing a real estate agent tomorrow.  I plan to lay out everything she should expect from our approach.  What would be good questions that I could ask?

1 - Will they make all of your offers.

2 - Will they make offers before you visit the property, and then schedule your first visit during the inspection period of your accepted offers.

3 - Are they able to do HUD offers, and how many have they done...and the number should be at least 10 or the answer is "they haven't".

The answers to all 3 questions are either "yes", or you move on. 

 All three questions must answer yes.
