Proposed "Lead Safe" Ordinance

I don't agree with many parts of this proposed legislation. I agree with home being lead free for kids, but to require all homes built before 78 to pass these "inspections" is extortion.

get used to it... along with asbesto's abatement.. I bet I have spent close to 100k this year abating asbestos
