Hi, I am new to investing into real estate business. I currently travel between Jacksonville, Fla and Tampa, Fla on a regular basis. I want to get into real estate is to become financial free and open a non profit organization for underprivileged youth.

Hi @Marlon Hitchman, the Jax market has been running up over the past couple years. It is still possible to cash flow here. As far as finding properties the MLS is pretty tight so wholesalers, direct mail campaigns and auctions have been where I'm looking now. The reason a post would have been removed is that it was interpreted as a violation of the forum rules. Maybe you might have placed a website url in your post or something like that. I typically only recommended people or sites via inbox messages that has managed to keep me out of trouble so far :)

Good Luck!
